At the end of January Dale and Lynn went on a two week dream vacation to Borokay....a tiny island in the Philippines. We went with Coopers, one of Dale's past missionary companions, and some friends of theirs, Eileen, JP, Bruce and Suzanee. We all got along wonderfully and had such a great, relaxing time. Mostly we just basked in the sun and aqua water, and took boat trips to other close islands.

We took a boat ride to the island of Malay, and Lynn was talked into riding on the farmer's caribou!! Swim suit and all! I'm an old farmer ready to plow the field!!

Trina delivered Gracie McKee Leishman on November 8, 2007 at 7:31 am. She weighed in at 9 pounds 1 ounce and was 19 1/2 inches long. She's got the chubbiest little cheeks we've ever seen!

GHS Homecoming

Tiffany was nominated as a Homecoming Queen candidate for the senior class. Taryn deluded me into thinking that we could easily whip up a dress similar to the zebra one she found online and loved. Well, we did whip up a dress...and it actually turned out great...even though it took more time than I thought (isn't everything in life like that?!). Tiffany looked beautiful and it was tons of fun. I got to drive her in the 'vette, and her dad opened the door for her, and her escort was Bradley Wakefield.
Tiffany had tons of fun because the other candidates were all her close girl friends.
